These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the "Vote and Win" campaign (“Campaign”) organized by VirtuosoPixel, a subsidiary of DigitalDrip Dynamics LLC, a Delaware-based company. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these Terms, as well as the general VirtuosoPixel Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not participate in this Campaign.
1.1. This Campaign is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in jurisdictions where such contests are legal.
1.2. Employees of DigitalDrip Dynamics LLC, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
1.3. Participants must provide accurate information during registration. Incomplete or false information will result in disqualification.

3.3. Winners must provide valid delivery information within 10 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
3.4. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
4.1. Voting is limited to the registered users of VirtuosoPixel.
4.2. The number of votes cast for each artwork will remain confidential during the Campaign period.
4.3. VirtuosoPixel reserves the right to disqualify votes or participants suspected of fraud or manipulation.
5.1. By participating in this Campaign, you consent to receive periodic emails from VirtuosoPixel, including promotional offers, discounts, and updates about our products and services.
5.2. You may opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails.
6.1. We collect your name, email, and voting activity as part of your participation in this Campaign.
6.2. All data is handled in accordance with the VirtuosoPixel Privacy Policy.
6.3. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for fulfilling the Campaign obligations (e.g., prize delivery).
7.1. VirtuosoPixel and DigitalDrip Dynamics LLC are not responsible for:

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of this Campaign will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
By participating in the "Vote and Win" Campaign, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that your participation is subject to the general VirtuosoPixel Terms and Conditions.
